All references to “VowPaws,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms & Conditions refer to KYDEN LLP, operating the VOWPAWS brand, unless stated otherwise.

1. General

VowPaws is operated from India and governed by the laws of India. We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.

2. Eligibility

There is no minimum age requirement to browse or purchase products from VowPaws. However, we encourage parental guidance for minors making online purchases.

3. Products & Availability

All products displayed on VowPaws are subject to availability. While we make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing updates, or product improvements.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on www.vowpaws.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • UPI
  • Credit & Debit Cards
  • Digital Wallets
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

In the event of any pricing or technical errors, VowPaws reserves the right to cancel, modify, or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Your order is considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully processed or the Cash on Delivery order has been verified.

Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order and before shipment, as explained in our Replacement and Cancellation Policy. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.

VowPaws reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Technical or system errors
  • Payment issues
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our Replacement and Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy. Please review that policy before making a purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on www.vowpaws.com, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, product images, graphics, website design, videos, written content, and other intellectual property, belongs to VowPaws, KYDEN LLP, or the respective rights holders and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

8. Limitation of Liability

VowPaws shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or the use of our website, except where required by applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
